Margaret Agee, PhD, leads the Counsellor Education Programme in the School of Counselling, Human Services, and Social Work at The University of Auckland, New Zealand. Tracey McIntosh, PhD, is a senior lecturer in the Department of Sociology at The University of Auckland, New Zealand. Philip Culbertson, PhD, is an adjunct lecturer in Theology at The University of Auckland, New Zealand, and an adjunct lecturer in Philosophy at The College of the Desert, Palm Desert, California. Cabrini 'Ofa Makasiale, MA, is a Catholic sister who works in South Auckland-Manukau City as a counselor/psychotherapist, tutor, supervisor, and spiritual director.
