Pravina Kusumgar has multiple educational degrees in Chemistry and Law. As she progressed in her career, which she started later in life at the age of 38 years, she studied Quality Control Engineering and Global Sourcing. She has gone from being a home maker for 15 years to starting her career as a secretary, moved on to work in a lab, Q. C Engineer, global sourcing agent to a director.
