Claudemir Basquera ha conseguito un Master in Storia Regionale presso l'Università di Passo Fundo - RS (2007); una specializzazione in Storia e Geografia del Mercosur presso Unoesc Joaçaba (2001); una laurea in Storia presso Unoesc Joaçaba (1998). Attualmente è professore di Educazione superiore e studi post-laurea e si occupa della formazione di insegnanti di scuole pubbliche e private.
