Premio Clarín de Novela 2023 «Se lee casi compulsivamente. [Su] gran hallazgo es el cuidado e ingenieril manejo que hace de los puntos de vista'. - Carlos Sanzol, La Nación >ENGLISH DESCRIPTION "It is an almost compulsive read. [His] great discovery is the careful and engineering handling he does of all points of view." --Carlos Sanzol, La Nación Julia is listening to an old woman in a bar. She approached her on the street and claimed to be her grandmother. Julia always had doubts about her origins, and now Griselda reveals her true story. Very soon she will understand that behind that quiet old lady there is more than meets the eye. And the readers along with her will make a steady dive into a multiform horror territory in which, by repeated torture and death, we see the bloody gestures of the Argentinian military dictatorship. A masterfully crafted plot that reviews the nineteen sixties and seventies with every device of horror and gore, dazzling us with excellence and acuity.
