Veronica Mwirichia é uma educadora com uma longa experiência, com 29 anos de serviço público como professora na sala de aula, tutora consultiva de professores e administradora da educação. Tem um mestrado em educação (Educação Infantil) pela Universidade de Nairobi. Trabalhou por pouco tempo como membro do comité executivo do condado de Meru, no Quénia.
