Deborah Kirabo hat an der Makerere-Universität in Kampala (Uganda) studiert und einen Master of Arts erworben. Derzeit arbeitet sie bei Plan international Uganda, wo sie eine Reihe von Bildungsprogrammen und Kommunikationsaktivitäten leitet. Deborah überwacht Zuschüsse für ein gemeinsames Bildungsforschungsprojekt mit dem Außenministerium in Finnland.
