Der Autor ist Dozent in der Abteilung für Tierproduktion an der Fakultät für Landwirtschaft der Universität Bagdad, Irak. Er schloss seinen DVM-Abschluss im Jahr 2006 und seinen MSc-Abschluss im Jahr 2008 in der Abteilung für Anatomie und Histologie an der Fakultät für Veterinärmedizin der Universität Bagdad ab. Außerdem promovierte er 2016 an der Fakultät für Veterinärmedizin der Universität von Putra Malaysia, Malaysia.
