Autorenporträt
I was born in Camden SC in a children's home. Its a place girls come to have their babies and leave them for adoption. I was adopted at the age of 3 months by Lt. Harry A White and Mary B White. I did my undergraduate work at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and my graduate work at Queens University of Charlotte. I have my son Tony and 2 grandsons, Logan and Riley.
