Peter W. Noonan joined the Public Service of Canada in 1981and for the next thirty years, he served as legal counsel to various federal agencies, appearing on their behalf at public hearings and occasionally in the higher courts. Later in his career,he served as a legal advisor in the Department of Justice inOttawa. He retired in 2011.
