Autorenporträt
Bethany Zare is a professional musician who plays in Symphony San Jose and the Monterey Symphony in California. She is a union officer for the American Federation of Musicians. She got her love of colors and stars from her scientist father, a Stanford University professor, and her love of music and advocacy from her mother. After graduating with a bachelor's degree in music performance from the University of Southern California, she spent eight years playing her horn in Mexico City. Bethany took up painting after being diagnosed with cancer. Whether writing poetry, painting, or horn playing, Bethany is always dancing with her muse.
