Pengelly (Cornish: Penn-an-gelli) is a hamlet in Cornwall, United Kingdom, part of the larger village of Delabole. Once an independent settlement from the neighbouring hamlets of Medrose and Rockhead, the three were merged with the introduction of the railway. The new village adopted the name Delabole in order to keep continuity. Cornwall (Cornish:; Latin: Cornubia or Cornuvia) is a unitary authority and ceremonial county of England, within the United Kingdom. It is bordered to the north and west by the Celtic Sea,[6] to the south by the English Channel, and to the east by the county of Devon, over the River Tamar.
