She speaks and writes regularly on the practical application of HR technologies and the future of work. She also serves on the advisory board of the MSc Human-Centric Management and People Analytics at University College London (UCL). Her work focuses on cutting through hype to develop sustainable people analytics functions that balance technical rigour with the human side of organizations.
