Ранее был научным сотрудником Института Шалома Гартмана в Иерусалиме, Центра изучения мировых религий при Гарвардском университете и Центра философии религии Университета Нотр-Дам (Индиана, США). Последняя книга автора The Problem of God in Jewish Thought (Cambridge University Press, 2025).
