Adrian Hawkes works with Sri Lankan people in France, Switzerland, Canada, Norway, Germany, and the United States. Alongside his wife, Pauline, he established PCC Foster Care, an agency with twenty-plus staff and over forty foster carers across England, and also founded Phoenix Community Care Ltd. He and Pauline live in London and have three children, ten grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
