The objective of the present work is to evaluate the anti-inflammatory and hypoglycemic activity and to study the toxicity of the aqueous extract of the essential oils of the aerial part of Rosmarinus officinalis. The yield of essential oils of Rosemary obtained by hydrodistillation is equal to 1.47%. Dr Rahmani Soraya est née le 11 mars 1972 à Alger. Elle a eu son Doctorat de l'Université de Sidi Bel Abbes. Elle est actuellement Maitre de conférence à l'Université Hassiba Ben Bouali, Chlef Algerie. Elle a assisté à plusieurs conférences Internationales et a publié des livres dans le domaine de la recherche Scientifique.
