Ratikanta Das, was Head of Physics Department, Bhadrak Institute of Engineering and Technology, Bhadrak, Odisha, India. In August 2012, he managed to resign voluntarily from the said post to intensify theoretical research works on a new model of physics. This short book is the result of his ten years long research efforts.
