Lambs (Patanwadi and Marwari sheep breeds) and Kids (Surti goat breed) from birth (day 0) to day 30 of age, maintained under standard feeding and managemental conditions were used in the present study. The Physiological, Haematological and Biochemical parameters were studied in these neonates. The work was conducted at the College of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, Anand Agricultural University, Anand, Gujarat, India. The findings are reported in the manuscript.
