James Hicks is Professor of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at the University of California, Irvine. He has more than 25 years of experience in research and teaching courses in physiology to undergraduates, graduate students, (MS and Ph.D. level), and a four-year period teaching medical students at the Creighton School of Medicine.
