Autorenporträt
John Elder, is one of the original pioneers of Internet Marketing. He created one of the Internet's earliest advertising networks (BannerClicks.com) in 1997 and sold it to publicly traded WebQuest International, Inc. (WEBQ) at the height of the first dot com boom. He then built a biotech b2b company (VitalBio.com) and sold it to a group of investment bankers. After that he developed the award winning Search Engine Submission Software, Submission-Spider used by over 10% of active internet users at the time. He then built a network of over 4,000 affiliate websites selling millions of products in what became an eerily similar precursor to Google Shopping. John then founded Codemy.com, an online school where he's taught over 20 million people to code. He has created over 100 online coding courses, and written several best-selling coding books. Today he teaches email marketing through his new podcast and email newsletter at Spamnesty.com. John graduated with honors from Washington University in St. Louis and lives with his wife April in Las Vegas with their dogs Aspen and Ivy.
