Born in Austria with Ukrainian roots, Julia Seaborn spent her childhood in semi-rural southeast England before exploring the world. Now settled in Adelaide, South Australia, she channels her love of creativity and adventure into writing captivating children's picture books. Julia's life has been as colourful as her stories-she's held over 35 jobs, maybe more, from managing playgroups, appearing in TV ads and administrative positions. Her passion for poodles shines in her books, inspired by her beloved miniature poodle, Pippin, who has since passed away.When not writing, Julia enjoys gardening, walking, reading, and cherishing time with her family, including her husband, son, stepchildren, and grandchildren. Her optimistic outlook inspires her mission to bring joy and wonder to young readers everywhere.
