These are indeed the days of great strife, apostasy, and deception, and more than ever, holding onto faith and God's truth has become of paramount importance. Wherever you turn, there are a multitude of pitfalls and dangers to allure and tempt the believer away from the narrow road. This world has become spiritually dark, and it has become a spiritually dangerous place. The Bride of the Lord needs to walk in the Spirit of God to negate the entrapments, seductions, entanglements, and deceptions posed by the wide rod of carnality and demonic delights. Only in the truth of God and by His Spirit can the true Chruch be victorious in her divine mission.
