What consequences does the use of new technologies and social networks have on people's intimate lives? New digital tools have facilitated the use of cybersex, a practice in which more and more people are attracted. However, online pornography or virtual dating chats rarely give rise to truly satisfying relationships, both from a sexual and emotional point of view. Indeed, a bad practice of this type of resource can end up conditioning or threatening the sexuality and/or life of the couple. The authors of this book examine in detail all aspects of this phenomenon by presenting a series of concrete cases of dysfunctional sexual lives. Thanks to strategic brief therapy, it is possible to deactivate the bodily or mental mechanisms that cause craving, feelings of maladjustment and even fear, which inhibit pleasure and hinder its full expression. In this way, these pages demonstrate how the application of brief therapy can restore those who need not only the security they had lost or never had, but also the fullness for a happy sexuality.
