A Dra. Sabina Singh (Shrestha), Professora Associada de Botânica no Campus de Pama Kanya, obteve o grau de doutoramento em Botânica em 2014. Desde então, tem vindo a realizar diferentes investigações no domínio da ciência das plantas e ensina Botânica desde 1992. Publicou um livro e duas dúzias de artigos de investigação em diferentes revistas nacionais e internacionais.
