Autorenporträt
Jan Henrik Schillmöller studierte Rechtswissenschaften und Politikwissenschaften, u.a. in Münster und Glasgow (LL.M.). Nach dem ersten Staatsexamen forschte er als wissenschaftlicher Referent am Bayerischen Forschungsinstitut für Digitale Transformation (bidt) in München in einem interdisziplinären und politikberatenden Forschungsprojekt zu den Herausforderungen der Regulierung digitaler Kommunikationsplattformen. In diesem Zusammenhang entstand seine Dissertation, betreut durch Prof. Dr. Dirk Heckmann an der Technischen Universität München. Seit 2024 ist er Rechtsreferendar am Oberlandesgericht Köln und als assoziierter Forscher weiter am bidt tätig.
