Mae K. is an avid fantasy book reader, animal lover, and Taylor Swift enthusiast. On any given day, you can find Mae being a total geek about Greek mythology as she works on her undergraduate degree with a major in Classics. Born and raised in Winnipeg, MB, Canada, she writes under a pen name to avoid unwanted embarrassment from her peers while she develops her writing skills (and unlearns her desire to people please). As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, she advocates for equality across Canada for marginalized groups and feels strongly that everyone should be free to be who they are. She also has an unhealthy obsession with the colour purple.
