Produktbeschreibung
At just 21 years old, Francisco Galindo discovered something unexpected behind the walls of East Mesa Juvenile Detention Facility: his voice. In this raw and deeply personal collection, Francisco shares poems written entirely in 2025-each one a reflection of his journey, his thoughts, and the emotions that have shaped him. With nothing but paper, pen, and the encouragement of someone simply known as "R," he found a way to turn his gift for speaking into something lasting: poetry. These are not just poems. They are moments. They are truths. They are the words of a young man learning to understand himself and the world around him-one verse at a time. Whether you're here to feel, to reflect, or to witness the power of transformation through art, this book is for you.
Autorenporträt
Francisco Galindo is a 21-year-old poet who discovered his passion for writing while at East Mesa Juvenile Detention Facility. With a natural gift for speaking and expressing himself through words, Francisco began putting his thoughts and emotions on paper in 2025-transforming his voice into poetry. Inspired and motivated by someone close to him, known simply as "R," Francisco found healing, strength, and purpose in writing. His work is honest, emotional, and deeply reflective of his personal journey. This is his first published collection, but it marks only the beginning of his path as a writer and storyteller.
