¿Poems of Pain is a body of work that expresses feelings derived from moments of sadness, days of confusion, and a deadly concoction of darkness, lust, sex, lows, love, loss, and loneliness. It takes you on a journey of vices turning into virtues. In times when my state of mind was immersed in an uncontrollable whirlwind of emotions mixed with depression, I was able to document the tumultuous path through my writings and poetry as a form of therapy. I carried these emotions from my past through the hardest years of my life. Through the darkness of those years, I found my light.
