Daniel Moroni Tucker was born in a small mining town in Washington. He was christened into the Catholic Church at birth. His family moved to the small farming town of Nyssa, Oregon. His family took the LDS missionary lessons and were baptized when he was 9. He served a two-year mission in Southern Australia under Elder Bruse R. McConkey's leadership. Dan and Joanne were married in the Salt Lake Temple. They have 5 children, 29 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Dan has been the president of several corporations and, as an inventor, has several patents. Dan and Joanne are now retired and living in Marsing Idaho
