Dr. Bill Bronson is a Texas-based author, illustrator, and marketing strategist whose work blends heart, heritage, and humor. A lifelong storyteller, he first dreamed up Poopie the Puppy Dog more than 25 years ago as a bedtime story for his young daughter. Night after night, Poopie's muddy adventures and gentle lessons became a family favorite, soon shared with his son, too.Now, as a proud father and grandfather, Dr. Bronson has finally brought that story to life. Inspired by the birth of his grandson and encouraged by his wife, he revisited his original notes, tucked away for decades in an old file folder, and began the journey of turning Poopie's world into a fully illustrated children's book.As both author and illustrator, he brings warmth and simplicity to every page, using classic watercolor textures and heartfelt storytelling to capture the joy of family, childhood, and belonging. His artistic style reflects his deep Texas roots and his love for the timeless connection between people, animals, and the stories that shape us.Outside of children's literature, Dr. Bronson leads William Bronson Marketing, a creative studio dedicated to ethical and family-centered storytelling for small businesses and professionals.
