The Popol Vuh is the creation story according to the Quiche Maya, of the region now called Guatemala and southern Mexico. Many referred to Popol Vuh as "The Mayan Bible." Scholars and artists such as Diego Rivera celebrated the once lost stories. This is the first English, Spanish, and Yucatec Maya trilingual children's version of Popol Vuh. Also known as "The Book of the People."
