Produktbeschreibung
The manual popcorn machine requires a continuous supervision from the operator for the temperature and the amount of kernels supplied to the popping chamber which can be tiring, a waste of time and may lead to the failure of the system. This project involves the development of a portable automatic popcorn machine which can be adapted for mass production fields like in: commercial shops, cinemas and etc. The development undertaken in this project is to pop the corn kernels using hot air flow provided by a suitable heating element. These kernels are supplied to the popping chamber in a controllable amount determined previously by the operator himself. In this project all the major problems and disadvantages of the manual popcorn machine are eliminated by applying a suitable closed-loop control system. The methodology used in this project is that the project is divided into sub-tasks like getting the overview conceptual design, mathematical modeling for the system and the electricalconcept of the machine, choosing the suitable components that suit the requirements of the system and figuring out the simulation methodology that can represents the system.
