The author graduated from Péter Pázmány Catholic University in Budapest with degrees in History and Hungarian Literature. She loved detective stories since childhood, so it isn't surprising that she ultimately chose this genre. In her book, she likes to play a role: sometimesshe's an FBI agent who occasionally sneaks among Yakuzas; sometimes an ex-Wehrmacht major who becomes a West German policeman; and this time, she creates Sean Morgan's character, an ex-cop who always ends up in a middle of a murder. She wrote more than fifteen crime novels, several short stories and a biography of Count Móric Benyovszky, the famous Hungarian traveller.
