His research focuses on the construct of cooperation, with particular emphasis on developing a cooperative and socially transformative identity in students within educational settings.  Paula Alvarez-Huerta is researcher at Mondragon University, Spain. Her research interests focus on student identity development within educational contexts as well as educational quality and its impact across different educational stages.
