Dr Collins C. Kachaka is an accomplished tilapia fish farmer with over 5 years experience who has garnered fish farming skills through actual practice. He runs the Breathing Fish Farm which trains over 300 new fish farmers annually. With his marked interest in fish farming, he formed the Zambian Aquaculture Cooperative Society Ltd (ZACOSO) .
