William I. Gardner, PhD, is emeritus professor in the Rehabiliation Psychology Program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He lives in Madison, Wisconsin. Anton Dosen, MD, PhD, is emeritus professor of psychiatric aspects of intellectual disability at Radboud University-Nijmegen, the Netherlands. Dorothy M. Griffiths, PhD, is a professor and the chairperson of the child and youth studies department at Brock University in St. Catharines, Ontario, and the codirector of the International Dual Diagnosis Certificate Programme. She lives in St. Catharines, Ontario. Robert King, MD, has extensive experience in the development and implementation of community-based interdisciplinary teams in rural underserved areas in Canada. Andre Lapointe, PhD, is a psychologist formerly with the Programme Regional D'Expertise Multidisciplinare en Troubles Graves du Comportements of Quebec, Canada, where he resides.
