Maud Gillett is an Oxfordshire-based writer, with a fascination for the unexplained, and a love of languages and dialects.Her debut novel, Pre-owned, is a suspense romance with paranormal overtones, set in West Oxfordshire and Dartmouth. She is currently working on a second romance, which takes place in both Oxfordshire and Cambridge, and which features an eighteenth century ghost. Other stories Maud is planning to bring to life include a novel about the mysterious disappearance of a young child, as well as a feel-good family adventure, setting off from Northern England, harking back to her Lancashire roots.Her stories have a strong sense of location, featuring some of her personal favourite places.Contact the author: [e-mail]
