The present book focuses on how these factors predicts the academic performance of the students. A sample of 584 secondary school students have been obtained from the Urdu and English medium schools and the latest statistical techniques have been employed to analyze the data. The findings of this study are of immense important to the policy makers, administrator, bureaucrats, governmental and non-governmental organizations, managers, principals, teachers, parents and students. If, collective and collaborative effort is being made from all sections of the society, no doubt we will be able to enhance the academic performance of the studentsand have a flourishing nation.
