Robert Tully was raised in Price Hill, a neighborhood on Cincinnati's west side. A graduate of Archbishop Elder High School, at the age of 27 he moved to California, found his way to Los Angeles, and sought work as an actor singer. Bob worked for Norwegian cruise lines in the Caribbean and Alaska, traveled to Japan to perform and in 1998 was the Ringmaster for Ringling Bros. & Barnum & Bailey Circus. Bob also worked for a 24 Hour Fitness, L.A. Fitness and at a number of other fitness facilities as a trainer and fitness instructor. He also spent 15 years as a trainer and motivational speaker for a global Supplement company. Since 2018, his "Practically Well" blog (Practicallywell.net) has shared his insights on wellness trends both old and new.
