The emergence of covid-19 global pandemic has been associated with unenthusiastic and unhelpful effects on the activities of professional training and continuous medical education throughout the world. At the same time the pandemic resulted in a dire need for continuing medical education because of the rapid emergence of a large a mount of research evidence and the need to introduce new practices and knowledge into healthcare organizations.The aim of this book is to describe a customized five-day training course "Principles of medical and healthcare leadership" which was conducted early during July, 2021. The course was customized in accordance with covid-19 guidelines which aim at reducing exposure to the virus and reducing its spread through social distancing and reducing gathering of people.The main day of the course included giving the all the lectures (Mini-lectures) of the course in a focused manner and providing the participants a customized course textbook. The course concluded on the fifth day by the final course exam which was conducted online. During the course days the participants communicated with the course trainer through the online Medias.

Aamir Jalal Al-Mosawi ist beratender Arzt und fachkundiger Ausbilder bei Baghdad Medical City. Er ist Mitglied des Beirats der International Association of Medical Colleges (IAMC). Er war Leiter des irakischen Hauptsitzes des internationalen Gremiums der Kopernikus-Wissenschaftler (2006-2019).
