Deepak Kumar Mishra completed his M.Sc. Ag and Ph.D in Genetics and Plant Breeding. He holds over 20 years of experience in Research and Extension. He specializes in researching breeding work of major pulses and sunflowers, and has also contributed to upscaling of improved agricultural technologies among the Farming community of Bundelkhand and Central Plain Zone of Uttar Pradesh, India. Chanchal Bhargava is Senior Technical Assistant at Krishi Vigyan Kendra, JNKVV, Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh, India. She holds nearly 13 years of extension, teaching, and research experience in the field of plant breeding and genetics. She has contributed to the research and extension activities related to the multiplication and distribution of several cultivated field crop species. She holds several achievements regarding seed production technologies, especially in the field of seed research. Pramod Kumar Pandey works at College of Agriculture, Kyrdemkulai, Meghalaya, India. He completed his postgraduate degree in Biotechnology from KIIT University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. He obtained his Ph.D. in Biotechnology from Dibrugarh University, Dibrugarh, Assam, India. He holds 10 years of professional and academic expertise in the field of Endophytes. He also serves as the In-Charge of AICRP on Maize, CAU Brapanai Centre, India. Y. Vinod Kumar Reddy works as Assistant Professor at the School of Agriculture, Loyola Academy Degree and P.G. College, Osmania State University, Hyderabad, India. He carried out his Doctoral Research from ICRISAT, (Sorghum Breeding), Hyderabad, India under a DBT Fellowship and worked on Introgression study & Gene Pyramiding in sweet and high biomass sorghum lines by transferring bmr traits through Marker-assisted back crossbreeding. He specializes in Agriculture Genetics, Plant Breeding, Agriculture Biotechnology, Seed Science and Technology, and Crop Improvement, Commercial Plant Breeding, and Genomics in Crop Improvement. Neha Rohila is Senior Research Fellow in the Crop Improvement Division of ICAR - CSSRI, Karnal, India. She holds two years of research experience in Genetics and Plant Breeding. She has contributed to research activities related to the multiplication of cultivated as well as wild forage species, sustainable production of forage crops, and biological studies of cultivated as well as wild breeding crops. Sheetanshu Gupta has been working in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, and Biotechnology for the last 12 years. He is an alumnus of G.B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, Pantnagar, Uttarakhand, India, ICAR ARS NET (Plant Biochemistry and Plant Physiology) and CSIR NET. Dr. Gupta holds experience in the areas of environmental problems, aeroponics and hydroponics, and protein biochemistry. His work focuses on applying innovative farming techniques and exploring novel approaches to plant protection. He has also researched tissue culture hydroponics and mushroom farming.
