Salvador S. Erazo lives in Toronto, Canada, where he works as a law enforcement and crime prevention officer for a provincial agency. As an accomplished professional, he has also worked for many years as a field supervisor for crime prevention and rehabilitation programs and as a counsellor in Disability Programming. When he isn't on the job, Salvador volunteers at schools, community centres, churches, and detention centres offering motivational speeches filled with joy, enthusiasm, purpose, hope, and optimism. You can find his motivational speeches on his YouTube channel Sal - Live with Passion (@Beallyoucanbelivewithpassion), and on his radio show El Salvador, Valle de las Hamacas - How to Improve the Quality of Your Life currently featured on CHHA 1610 AM Radio Voices Latinas. He is also an ardent supporter and contributor to the popular national talent search competition Open Mic Canada. Salvador has an extensive educational background with an Applied Science degree in Justice Studies, a Law and Security Administration diploma, and a Police Foundations diploma, which provided him with the experience and knowledge on how best to serve the public. In his downtime, you can find Mr. Erazo teaching choreographed ballroom dance, Latin Style, in Toronto, Ontario. He has a passion for helping others find their purpose in life and has dedicated his life to helping those in need of guidance and compassion.Salvador's motto is "Do not let others define what your contributions to the world are going to be. Remember that no matter what happens in your life, you are the master of your own destiny." He encourages everyone to pursue and develop their skills and knowledge while staying the course until they find their true calling in life.
