Mohuya Chakraborty presently holds the post of Director, Cybersecurity Centre of Excellence (CCoE), Dean of faculty Welfare and HRDC, and Professor of the department of Computer Science and Engineering, University of Engineering & Management (UEM), Kolkata. Prior to this she held the position of head of the department of CSE and IT for tenure of 13 years. She has done B. Tech and M. Tech from the Institute of Radio Physics and Electronics, Calcutta University in the year 1994 and 2000 respectively and PhD (Engg.) in the field of Mobile Computing from Jadavpur University in 2007. She has Chartered Management Institute (CMI Level 5) certification in Leadership and Management from Dudley College, London, U.K, 2019. She is the topper of M. Tech and subsequently received prestigious Paresh Lal Dhar Bhowmik Award from Calcutta University. She is also the recipient of  Rashtriya Gaurav Award in 2019. She has been awarded Certification of Appreciation as one of the Top 50 Distinguished HODs CSE/ IT Department in Higher Education Across India for the year 2019 by the Academic Council of uLektz in July 2020. She is a Certified Publons Academy Mentor. She is the member of editorial board of several international journals. She has published 4 patents and over 80 research papers in reputed international journals and conferences. She is the editor of the book entitled "The Essence of Network Security: An End-To-End Panorama" published by Springer in August 2020 in the series "Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems". She is the volume editor of the Contributed Books; "Proceedings of International Ethical Hacking Conferences (eHaCON-2018 and eHaCON-2019)", in Springer series "Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing book series (AISC volume 811)", published by Springer. Dr. Chakraborty is the reviewer of European Journal of Information Security, Taylor & Francis and has recently acted as associate editor of the same. Dr. Chakraborty participated in many international conferences as Organizer, General Chair, Session Chair and member in Steering, Advisory or International Program Committees. She has handled many research projects worth INR 35 Lakhs funded by the DST, AICTE, CSIR and NRDC, Government of India and consultancy projects by non-governmental organizations worth INR 15 Lakhs. Dr. Chakraborty and has published 80+ papers in high-impact journals, books, book chapters, and conference proceedings. Her research areas include artificial intelligence, blockchain, network security, cognitive radio, brain computer interface, parallel computing etc. She is senior member of IEEE.   Professor (Dr) Shambhu Prasad Chakrabarty is the Dean of the Department of Law, University of Engineering and Management, Kolkata, India. He was the Head and Research Fellow at CRSGPP, WBNUJS prior to his current assignment. Dr Chakrabarty received his LL.B. & LL.M. from Calcutta University and Ph.D. from University of North Bengal. He has taught and researched for over 20 years at Calcutta University, Amity Law School and West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences. He has worked extensively in the area of Intellectual Property Rights, Traditional Knowledge, Climate Change and Technology Law. Three Doctoral Scholars have been successfully co-supervised by him. He has authored and edited 7 books and wrote over 50 articles and book chapters including in the Liverpool Law Review, Environmental Management and is currently co- editing two books to be published from Thomson Reuters and Springer Nature in 2024. He acted as the Chief Editor of NUJS Journal of Regulatory Studies from August 2019-2022. He has presented research papers in more than 60 national and international conferences and invited as a resource person in more than 90 national and international events including the Government of India, Government of West Bengal, the Law and Society Association, Washington DC; Government of Western Australia; Australian National University; Notre Dame University, Sydney; Pattimura University, Indonesia; Daffodil International University Bangladesh; Tribhuvan University, Nepal, Binghamton State University, New York; University of Wroclaw, Poland, Foreign Trade University, Vietnam, Nanyang Business School, Singapore. He has been a WIPO Academy Fellow to Malaysia in 2019. He was awarded with Gold Medal for winning Youth Parliament Competition organised by the Government of West Bengal. He topped his school at plus two level and college in his LL.B. Degree. Dr Chakrabarty is a member of the prestigious Law and Society Association, USA, the Commonwealth Lawyers Association, UK and IPIRA.   Dr Ana Penteado is an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Notre Dame, Australia. She holds a PhD from Macquarie University, an LLM from the University of California at Berkeley, Berkeley Law School and an LLB from Mackenzie University. Dr Penteado combines a hybrid academic experience and attorney practice spanning four jurisdictions on international law, transnational intellectual property law and public policy applied to Indigenous Knowledge. She published on aspects of patentability in drug discovery and drug development in pharmaceutical/biotechnology projects. Other publications encompass botanical taxonomy, and benefit-sharing via patentable subject matter for associated cultural assets. Along with academic work, she also provided submissions to the Australian government on intellectual property issues. Her new projects involve technology, climate change and ecological metrics, with an interest in digital storage and data collection. Her co-edited book on Indigenous Knowledge and Climate Change: An Environment Impact on Landscape and Communities was published by Springer Nature. Dr Penteado is a member of the Intellectual Property and Innovation Researchers of Asia (IPIRA). She is also a member of the Trans-Tasman IP Board in Australia and New Zealand. Her lectures on ethical aspects of technology and artificial intelligence will be released in her new book.   Valentina E. Balas is currently Full Professor in the Department of Automatics and Applied Software at the Faculty of Engineering, "Aurel Vlaicu" University of Arad, Romania. She holds a Ph.D. in Applied Electronics and Telecommunications from Polytechnic University of Timisoara. Dr. Balas is author of more than 350 research papers in refereed journals and International Conferences. Her research interests are in Intelligent Systems, Fuzzy Control, Soft Computing, Smart Sensors, Information Fusion, Modeling and Simulation. She is the Editor-in Chief to  International Journal of Advanced Intelligence Paradigms (IJAIP) and to International Journal of Computational Systems Engineering (IJCSysE),  member in Editorial Board member of several national and international journals and is evaluator expert for national, international projects and PhD Thesis. Dr. Balas is the director of Intelligent Systems Research Centre in Aurel Vlaicu University of Arad and Director of the Department of International Relations, Programs and Projects in the same university. She served as General Chair of the International Workshop Soft Computing and Applications (SOFA) in eight editions 2005-2020 held in Romania and Hungary. Dr. Balas participated in many international conferences as Organizer, Honorary Chair, Session Chair and member in Steering, Advisory or International Program Committees. She is a member of EUSFLAT, SIAM and a Senior Member IEEE, member in TC - Fuzzy Systems (IEEE CIS), chair of the TF 14 in TC - Emergent Technologies (IEEE CIS), member in TC - Soft Computing (IEEE SMCS). Dr. Balas was past Vice-president (Awards) of IFSA International Fuzzy Systems Association Council (2013-2015), is a Joint Secretary of the Governing Council of Forum for Interdisciplinary Mathematics (FIM), - A Multidisciplinary Academic Body, India and recipient of the "Tudor Tanasescu" Prize from the Romanian Academy for contributions in the field of soft computing methods (2019).
