Dr. Philip G. Bradford is Associate Professor-in-Residence, Computer Science, University of Connecticut, Stamford, USA. His research interests include graph theory, Bayes methods, automobile industry, automotive electronics, calculus, complex networks, computational complexity, directed graphs, fault diagnosis, formal languages, genetics, matrix multiplication and network. Dr. Shiban Kishen Koul is Professor at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. He is also Chairman of Astra Microwave Products Limited, Hyderabad, a major company involved in the development of RF and microwave systems in India. His current research interests include RF MEMS, device modeling, microwave and millimeter-wave IC design, and reconfigurable microwave circuits including antennas. He is currently Serving ADCOM Member and Member of IEEE MTT society’s technical committees on Microwave and Millimeter-Wave Integrated Circuits (MTT-6) and RF MEMs (MTT-21). Dr. Koul is Author/Co-Author of 199 research papers and 7 state-of-the-art books and holds 6 patents and 6 copyrights. He is Fellow of the Institution of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, USA (IEEE), Fellow of the Indian National Academy of Engineering (INAE), and Fellow of the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE). Dr. S. Andrew Gadsden is Associate Chair, Graduate Studies, Department of Mechanical Engineering, and Associate Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering, McMaster University, USA. His expertise includes artificial intelligence; cognitive systems; control systems; data science; estimation theory; machine learning; mechatronics; smart systems. Dr. Gadsden’s research background and expertise include a broad consideration of control and estimation theory, artificial intelligence and machine learning, and smart or cognitive systems.  Dr. Kamakhya Prasad Ghatak obtained his Ph.D. degree from the University of Calcutta, India, in 1988. In accordance with the analysis of world ranking of top 2% scientists as prepared by Stanford University in 2020, USA, Professor K. P. Ghatak of IEM UEM group stays within top 1% in the field of applied physics. He was Assistant Professor in the Department of Radio Physics and Electronics of the University of Calcutta from 1983 to 1987, Associate Professor in the Department of ETCE of Jadavpur University from 1987 to 1994, Professor and HOD of Electronic Science of the University of Calcutta from 1994 to 2011, HOD and Dean of the National Institute of Technology, Agartala, from 2012 to 2014, and from January 2015, he has joined in the IEM/UEM group, Kolkata, as Senior Professor and Research Director.
