Autorenporträt
Anubha Jain, with over twenty-five years in software development, teaching, and research, is the Director of the School of Computer Science and IT at IIS (Deemed to be University), Jaipur, India. She holds a Ph.D. in the field of Information Retrieval and Information Architecture. Her research interests include Soft Computing, Computational Studies, Deep Learning, and Software Engineering. She has co-authored 9 books, 12 book chapters, and published 35 papers. She is an avid speaker and resource person in many conferences and workshops. As a Green Software Champion at the Green Software Foundation, she actively promotes green technologies. She has frequently talked internationally on topics such as IoT Testing, Green IoT and sustainable computing at QA & Test and HUSTEF conferences in Bilbao and Budapest. João Manuel R. S. Tavares is Full Professor and Head of the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Universidade do Porto, Portugal. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering and his Habilitation in Mechanical Engineering from the same university. A senior researcher at INEGI, he has co-edited over 80 books, co-authored 50+ book chapters, 650+ scientific articles, and holds six patents. He is Editor-in-Chief of two journals “Computer Methods in Biomechanics and Biomedical Engineering: Imaging and Visualization” and “Computer Methods in Biomechanics and Biomedical Engineering” by Taylor & Francis, editor of Springer book series Lecture Notes in Computational Vision and Biomechanics series, co-founder and co-chair of multiple international conference series. His research focuses on computational vision, medical imaging, biomechanics, and biomedical engineering. Ramesh Chandra Poonia is Professor at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), NCR Delhi Campus, India. He is internationally recognized for his research in sustainable technologies, focusing on energy-efficient algorithms and cyber-physical systems. Ranked among the top 2% of scientists worldwide by Stanford University and Elsevier, he has completed two postdoctoral fellowships one from NTNU, Norway and another in collaboration with Oakland University, USA and Imam University, Saudi Arabia. He holds a Ph.D. from Banasthali University and an M.Tech. from BITS Pilani. He is Editor for major publishers, Associate editor for Sustainable Computing: Informatics and Systems, Elsevier and series editor for Computational and Intelligent Systems, CRC Press. As founder of the SUSCOM and ICSCPS conferences, he received the 2024 Research Innovation Award for his outstanding contributions to the advancement of sustainable and intelligent systems. Dr. Ruchi Nanda joined IIS (Deemed to be University), Jaipur, India in 2004, and is working as Head and Associate Professor. She holds a Ph.D. in Cloud Computing domain and is a recognized research supervisor in Computer Science. She is currently guiding several scholars and has presented her work at various national and international conferences. She serves as Convener of Board of Studies, Member of Academic Council and coordinator of Spoken Tutorial, IIT Bombay. She received Most Accomplished Spoken Tutorial Educator Resource Award at IIT Bombay in 2023 and International Distinguished Educator Award during the Global Edu-Conclave 2023. She has organized many conferences, workshops and FDPs.
