Dr. C. Kamalakannan serves as the Professor and Head of the EEE Department at Rajalakshmi Engineering College. He earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and M.E. in Power Electronics and Drives from Anna University in 2013 and 2006. With over 27 years of academic and industry experience, Dr. Kamalakannan has held various roles, in the industries and academic Institutions. His research interests include optimization techniques, smart grid technologies, and renewable energy systems. He has published extensively in international journals and conferences and has guided several Ph.D. students. He has been involved in syllabus framing for Anna University and has received multiple awards, including the Engineering Educators Excellence Award from the British Council of India. He is an active member of several professional bodies, including the Institution of Engineers (India) and ISTE. Dr. Subhransu Sekhar Dash is a distinguished Professor and Head of the Electrical Engineering Department at Government College of Engineering, Keonjhar, Odisha. With over 27 years of teaching and research experience, he specializes in electric power systems, optimization techniques, smart grid, energy management, power system operation and control, and AI. He has guided 35 Ph.D. students and published over 285 papers in peer-reviewed journals and international conferences. Previously, he served as Professor and HOD at SRM University, Chennai. Dr. Dash has held visiting research and teaching positions at Le Havre University, France, and the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, USA. An author of three books and more than 30 book chapters, he is actively involved in international conferences and journals. He is a member of IEEE, the Institution of Engineers (India), and a life member of ISTE. Dr. B K Panigrahi is currently working as a Professor in the Electrical Engineering Department, IIT Delhi, India. Prior to joining IIT Delhi in 2005, he has served as a faculty in Electrical Engineering Department, UCE Burla, Odisha, India, from 1992 to 2005. Dr Panigrahi is a senior member of IEEE and Fellow of INAE, India. His research interest includes the application of soft computing and evolutionary computing techniques to power system planning, operation, and control. He has also worked in the fields of bio-medical signal processing and image processing. He has served as the editorial board member, associate editor, and special issue guest editor of different international journals. He is also associated with various international conferences in various capacities. Dr. Panigrahi has published more than 200 research papers in various international and national journals. Dr. Abdou Tankari Mahamadou is an Associate Professor HDR at the University of Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC), affiliated with the CERTES Laboratory and teaching in the Electrical Engineering & Industrial Computing department at IUT of Créteil-Vitry. With a Ph.D. from the University of Le Havre, his research focuses on microgrids, renewable energy integration, electrical grid resilience, and power electronics control. Dr. Tankari has published extensively with 56 international journal and conference papers, holds one international patent, and has contributed to 12 scientific research projects totaling 3.401 million euros. He has supervised 12 Ph.D. theses, mentored 6 post-doctoral researchers, and guided numerous master's and bachelor's students. Beyond research, he plays significant roles in international scientific committees, conference organization, and administrative bodies at UPEC, including leading the Master 2 INTEREE program. His work advances sustainable energy solutions and enhances electrical system resilience globally.¿
