Dr. Siddhartha Bhattacharyya earned his Bachelor in Physics, Bachelor in Optics and Optoelectronics, and Master in Optics and Optoelectronics from the University of Calcutta, India, in 1995, 1998, and 2000, respectively. He completed his PhD in Computer Science and Engineering from Jadavpur University, India, in 2008. He also received the PhD (Habilitation) degree from VSB Technical University of Ostrava, Czech Republic, in 2023. He is the recipient of the University Gold Medal from the University of Calcutta for his Masters. He is the recipient of several coveted awards, including the Distinguished HoD Award and Distinguished Professor Award conferred by the Computer Society of India, Mumbai Chapter, India, in 2017, the Honorary Doctorate Award (D. Litt.) from The University of South America, and the South East Asian Regional Computing Confederation (SEARCC) International Digital Award ICT Educator of the Year in 2017. He has been appointed as the ACM Distinguished Speaker for 2018-2020. He was inducted into the People of ACM Hall of Fame by ACM, the USA, in 2020. He has been appointed as the IEEE Computer Society Distinguished Visitor for 2021-2024. He has been elected as a full foreign member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences (RANS) and the Russian Academy of Engineering (REA). He has been elected a full fellow of The Royal Society for Arts, Manufacturers and Commerce (RSA), London, UK. He is currently serving as a Senior Researcher in the faculty of electrical engineering and computer science at VSB Technical University of Ostrava, Czech Republic. He is also serving as the Scientific Advisor of Algebra University College, Zagreb, Croatia. Before this, he served as the Principal of Rajnagar Mahavidyalaya, Rajnagar, Birbhum. He served as a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering of Christ University, Bangalore. He was the Principal of RCC Institute of Information Technology, Kolkata, India, from 2017-2019. He has also served as a Senior Research Scientist in the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science of VSB Technical University of Ostrava, Czech Republic from 2018-2019. Before this, he was a Professor of Information Technology at RCC Institute of Information Technology, Kolkata, India. He served as the Head of the Department from March 2014 to December 2016. Before this, he was an Associate Professor of Information Technology at RCC Institute of Information Technology, Kolkata, India, from 2011-2014. Before that, he served as an Assistant Professor in Computer Science and Information Technology at the University Institute of Technology, The University of Burdwan, India, from 2005-2011. He was a Lecturer in Information Technology at Kalyani Government Engineering College, India, from 2001 to 2005. He is a co-author of 6 books and the co-editor of 106 books and has more than 400 research publications in international journals and conference proceedings to his credit. He has two PCTs and 20 patents to his credit. He has been a member of several national and international conferences' organizing and technical program committees. He is the founding Chair of several international conferences like International Conference on Research in Computational Intelligence and Communication Networks (ICRCICN), International Symposium on Signal and Image Processing (ISSIP), Doctoral Symposium on Intelligence Enabled Research (DoSIER), the International Conference on Human-Centric Smart Computing (ICHCSC), International Conference on Computers, Information Processing and Advanced Education (CIPAE), International Conference on Intelligent Systems and Human Machine Collaboration ICISHMC), and Doctoral Symposium on Human Centered Computing (HUMAN). He was the General Chair of several international conferences like WCNSSP 2016 (Chiang Mai, Thailand), ICACCP (2017, 2019) (Sikkim, India), ICICC 2018 (New Delhi, India), and ICICC 2019 (Ostrava, Czech Republic). Dr. Jyoti Sekhar Banerjee is currently serving as the Head of the Department in the Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) Department at the Bengal Institute of Technology, Kolkata, India and Remote Research Fellow of Cognitive Computing and Brain Informatics Research Group (CCBI) at Nottingham Trent University (NTU), UK. Additionally, He is also the Professor-in-Charge, R & D and Consultancy Cell & Nodal Officer of the IPR Cell of BIT. Dr. Banerjee did his Post-Doctoral Fellowship at Nottingham Trent University, UK, in the Department of Computer Science. He also completed the Post Graduate Diploma in IPR & TBM from MAKAUT, WB. He has teaching and research experience spanning 20 years and completed one IEI funded project. He is a member of the CSI, IEEE, ISTE, IEI, ISOC, IAENG and fellow of IETE. He is present Secretary-cum-Treasurer of the ISTE WB Section and Secretary of the IETE, Kolkata. He is the Immediate Past Secretary of the Computer Society of India, Kolkata Chapter. He has published over Seventy papers in various international journals, conference proceedings, and book chapters. So far, he has published Ten (15) edited books and Four Text Books. Currently, he is processing few more edited books in reputed international publishers like Springer, CRC Press, etc. He is also processing four more textbooks; those are now in press. He is serving as Editor-in-Chief of the American Journal of Advanced Computing (AJAC), Smart Society, USA; Associate Editor of the Indian Journal of Technical Education (IJTE) (UGC-CARE List Journal); and Series Editor for “Advances in Disruptive Technologies and Generative Artificial Intelligence”, published by CRC Press, USA. He is also the Series Editor for the Conference Proceedings Series on Futuristic Intelligent and Smart Technologies (FIST), CRC Press, USA. Currently, he is serving as the General Chair of ICHCSC 2022, 2023, and 2024; General Co-Chair of GCAIA 2021. Dr. Banerjee is the Program Chair of the Human 2023, 2024 AAIDS 2024. Dr. Banerjee is the Organizing Chair of the EAIT 2024, ICNSBT 2023. 2024, ICACA 2024 etc. Dr. Banerjee, is served as a Guest Editor of ICAUC_ES 2021 and ICPAS-2021 issues in IOP journal of Earth and Environmental Science, Physics, & MAICT 2021 issues in AIP Conference Proceedings, all are Scopus-indexed proceedings. His areas of research interests include Computational Intelligence, Cognitive Radio, Sensor Networks, AI/ML, Network Security, Different Computing Techniques, IoT, WBAN (e-healthcare), Expert Systems. Dr. Jan Platos (Member, IEEE) received a Ph.D. degree in computer science from the VSB-Technical University of Ostrava in 2006. He is an associate professor of computer science in 2014. Since 2017, he has been the Head of the Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, VSB Technical University of Ostrava. He is the co-author of more than 180 scientific articles published in proceedings and journals. His citation report consists of 302 citations and h-index nine on Web of Science, 685 citations and h-index 13 on Scopus, and 965 citations and h-index 15 on Google Scholar. His research interests include computer science, text processing, data compression, bio-inspired algorithms, information retrieval, data mining, data structures, data prediction, application of different computer science algorithms and methods, and innovative approaches to severe practical problems from any area. Prof (Dr) Indrajit De is a professor at the Department of CSE (AIML and CSBS), Institute of Engineering and Management (IEM), Kolkata, India. He is an academically oriented person, having been in the teaching profession for more than twenty years in leading engineering colleges of West Bengal. During his tenure in these colleges, he also had several administrative responsibilities, such as Head of the Department, NBA Coordinator, NAAC coordination team member, Deputy Controller of Examination, etc. He also had a brief experience in the industry of about three years before fully committing himself to teaching. Dr De has completed his B.Tech from Calcutta University and subsequently completed his M.Tech in Information Technology and Ph.D (Engineering) in Computer Science and Technology from IIEST, Shibpur, India. Dr De is currently the elected vice chair of the Internet Society Kolkata Chapter and an advisor to India Internet Foundation (IIFON), which is a flagship organization promoting awareness related to Internet protocol standards in the community. Also, he has many authored publications in major international journals, conferences, and edited books. He has been reviewing some major journal articles in publications like Applied Soft Computing, Machine Vision and Applications, IEEE Access, etc, for many years. He has also contributed as one of the founder coordinators in IICB – a flagship Internet standards awareness building project in India funded by Internet Society, Kolkata Chapter and approved by MeitY (earlier DeitY), Govt, of India. Moreover, he has completed three consultancy projects from RABT Technologies, MHRD, etc. He has visited and actively participated in premier conferences like IETF 94, 103, INSIG, and ISOC – APAC Chapter meetings as an invited fellow many times across different parts of the world. He is a GATE scholar and recipient of several awards and scholarships.
