The work serves as a guide for practical application in mapping activities, requirements, documentation, homologation, detailing process and subprocess information, prioritization of improvement opportunities (OMs) and preparation of action plans for the implementation of OMs. This material is based on the author's experiences in several companies in the areas of industry and commerce in metallurgy, agricultural implements, education and other areas, as well as the academic experiences of the process mapping disciplines, through the application of the UP-DOWN process mapping methodology, and based on the theories of good process mapping practices.
