Odair Diemer is a Fisheries Engineer who graduated from UNIOESTE Toledo-PR campus (2008), holds a Master's degree in Animal Nutrition from UNIOESTE Marechal Cândido Rondon campus (2011), a PhD in Aquaculture in the area of Fish Reproduction from UNESP Jaboticabal campus and is a professor at the Federal Institute of Mato Grosso do Sul.
