Raúl Molteni is a partner and CEO of Molteni Consulting, Argentina. He leads transformation projects based on customer and employee experience and process management. He is currently the International Academy for Quality President and served as Chair for the Quality in Governance Think Tank. He is a member of the Quality in Planet Earth Concerns and Quality in Logistics Think Tanks and has served on the Board of Directors from 2017-2018 for the American Society for Quality (ASQ). Mr. Molteni was awarded the Kaoru Ishikawa Medal by ASQ in 2021 for outstanding leadership and has had a positive impact on the human aspects of quality. He is a Certified Board Director for IGEP and an ASQ Six Sigma Black Belt.
