Danny Busch is a Professor of Financial Law and the Founding Director of the Financial Law Centre (FLC), Radboud University, Nijmegen, The Netherlands. He is also a Senior Research Fellow at Harris Manchester College, and a Fellow at the Commercial Law Centre, University of Oxford. Matthias Lehmann is a Professor of Private Law, Private International Law and Comparative Law, University of Vienna, and a Rotating Professor of European and Comparative Business Law, Radboud University, Nijmegen.
